Job Title:Mobile Automotive Technician / MechanicLocation:  Surprise, AZJob Overview:As a Mobile Automotive Technician/Mechanic at Christian Brothers Automotive, your primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality automotive repair and maintenance services directly to our guests' locations. You will operate a Christian Brothers Automotive branded mobile repair vehicle equipped with state-of-the-art technology and resources to diagnose and fix various vehicle issues.We are looking for automotive technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for must seek solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guestContinuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehiclesComplete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspectionsHonestly assess vehicles and document detailed recommendations of necessary repairs and manufacturer's maintenance recommendationsMaintain professionalism while addressing all guest concerns Review TSB's and other service recommendations and translate them to the guest's needsPolitely and professionally communicate cause and correction for guest concerns regarding their vehicleComplete wheel and tire replacements as neededFollow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organizationResponsible for keeping the branded repair vehicle clean and presentable at all timesMaster MFG-level diagnostic tools (MFG scan tools and subscriptions are provided by CBA)
